Sail Buddy is a user-friendly application that offers a streamlined display of course, speed, and NMEA data through a fast and neat interface. Unlike crowded apps with unnecessary features, Sail Buddy focuses on providing a clear and easily readable data presentation that perfectly complements your navigation and weather applications. Its compatibility with iPads and other tablets, featuring a convenient "split-screen" mode for simultaneous use with other navigation apps, enhances its versatility.

Moreover, the Apple Watch integration enables users to monitor course, speed, and essential information hands-free while onboard their vessels.

Sail Buddy seamlessly receives NMEA data from external hardware via WiFi connectivity, requiring hardware equipped with WiFi support or connected to a multiplexer featuring WiFi capabilities. Additionally, the app offers a "demo" mode for users who wish to preview its functionality using simulated NMEA data without connecting to an NMEA network.
